Tom Jones fans are facing "absolute chaos" on the roads surrounding Hop Farm this evening (September 19).
Gates opened at 4pm, however some ticket holders never made it to the venue.
One woman was just one mile from the concert but chose to head home after sitting in traffic for an hour.
She added that pedestrians were walking on the dual carriageway while she sat in standstill traffic.

With no incidents reported nearby, the disruption is believed to be largely caused by those attending the event.
The concert follows an Olly Murs show last night, making up what has been described by Hop Farm as "one huge party weekend in Kent."
People who attended the Olly Murs concert said similar scenes were seen as huge numbers of people left the show at once.
It was described as a "free-for-all," with staff struggling to control cars attempting to leave the site.
Some concert-goers describe being stuck in the car park for over an hour.
The Tom Jones concert, brought to Hop Farm by concert promoters LHG Events, finishes at 10.30pm this evening.
