A motorcyclist was left fighting for their life after a crash near Walmer.

Police said the collision took place on the A256 on the approach to the roundabout with Boys Hill on Friday (September 17) at 9..10pm.

No other vehicles were involved.

Kent Police said the rider, who was on a blue Suzuki 600, motorcycle sustained "serious life-threatening injuries" and is currently being treated at a London hospital.

Investigators are now appealing for witnesses or drivers with dashcam footage to come forward.
