A woman has suffered potentially life-changing injuries after being bitten by a dog in Crowborough.

Police were called to a property in Hoadleys Road shortly after 8pm yesterday (September 3).

A woman had reportedly been bitten by a dog in a garden.

A spokesman for Sussex Police said: "The woman was brought to safety and taken to hospital with potentially life-changing injuries.
