The image shown on the right side of the split-picture displayed above portrays the weight Gregg has lost when compared to the image on the left, taken a few years prior.
His wife Anna, 33, was said to have been a major factor in his motivation to complete the impressive fitness goal.
At the beginning of his road to fitness he told The Sun: "When I was at my biggest I was having a daily fry-up, fish and chips once per week, takeaway a couple more times and drinking beer nearly every day.
"I'm a huge fan of curries, chillies and stews and it is still possible to lose weight and eat hearty meals."
Gregg also offered some tips, and recommended cutting down on fatty foods, and instead moving towards leaner meats.
He also told the Mail Online that the arrival of his son Sid, the couple's third child, also spurred him on during his fitness journey.
"I want to be there as long as I can be, and I love that I can run around with him and play with him," he said.
"I love to strap him to me and run around the grass with him."
Gregg's progress has been noticed on his Instagram page, where he has posted regular updates allowing fans to see the way his body has slimmed down in recent years.
He also described himself as "a massive gym bunny" and added that he works out seven days a week.
Speaking on the influence of his young son, Gregg added: "I want to be there as long as I can be, and I love that I can run around with him and play with him. I love to strap him to me and run around the grass with him."
However, he also suggested it's about wanting to make himself feel better in the process.
He said that how you think about yourself each day is "the most important thing in the world".
