Kent Police arrested two people on suspicion of drug supplying offences after the pair were occupants of an allegedly stolen vehicle in Medway.
Both of them allegedly attempted to run away from the officers but were detained and taken into custody with one also reportedly wanted by another force.
In a separate incident, a stop was carried out by Kent Police today on a vehicle, which was suspected of being used to convey a person wanted for a number of weeks in connection with a serious assault and that individual was also taken into custody.
Both incidents were recounted on the Kent Police Tactical Operations Twitter account @KPTacOps shortly after 11pm this evening.
The Twitter account divulges details of the actions of the police force's tactical operations team, including those of the armed response vehicles and dogs.
