A motorist has been arrested on suspicion of drug driving in Kent two days after he was last pulled over by police.

Officers in Ashford said the driver of a black Nissan Micra was uninsured and arrested on suspicion of drug driving and possession after allegedly failing a drug test.

The arrest came two days after he was last stopped by officers who said he was then driving without insurance.

A positive drug test

The man faces a potential driving ban once his blood sample is analysed and a court case is heard.
