A trapped woman was rescued after a crash involving three vehicles near Cliffe Woods, Rochester.
Firefighters used hydraulic rescue equipment to remove one of the car doors and free the woman from a vehicle after the accident on Town Road just before 5pm on Monday.
Kent Fire and Rescue Service sent two fire engines to the scene where paramedics from South East Coast Ambulance and Kent Police officers were also in attendance.
The accident occurred on the B2000 near the crossroads by Mockbeggar Farm, causing tailbacks in all directions for about two hours as the road was cleared and the damaged vehicles recovered. There were no other reported injuries.
