Camber Sands Holiday Park has issued a statement after a former worker was arrested on suspicion of sexual communication with a child.
The arrest was made after an hour-long confrontation between the suspect and a member of paedophile hunting group Innocent Voices.
The conflict was live-streamed on Facebook and has since been viewed nearly 170,000 times.

The holiday park has confirmed that the incident occurred off-site and that the litter picker is no longer employed at the resort.
A spokesperson for Camber Sands Holiday Park said: “The management of the park was made aware that a person with no criminal record, recently employed on a temporary contract for litter picking services, had been involved in a local incident.
“This incident occurred off park and is being investigated by the police.
“Park management can confirm the person in question is no longer employed at the holiday park.”
Kent Police has confirmed that the man has been released on police bail and enquiries are ongoing
A spokesperson said: “Enquiries are ongoing after a man was arrested by Sussex Police in Camber Sands on 28 June 2021 in relation to a Kent investigation.
“The man has been released on police bail.”
