A man in his 60s has died after being found near Tonbridge Park yesterday (June 29).
Witnesses spotted a police presence in the morning and Kent Police has since confirmed the tragic circumstances.
A spokesman said they were called to the scene in the early hours.
They said: "Kent Police was called at 5.45am on Tuesday 29 June 2021 to concerns for the welfare of a man at a location between Avebury Avenue and Tonbridge Park.

"Officers and ambulance crews attended and the man, aged in his 60s, was later declared deceased.
"The death is not being treated as suspicious and a report will be prepared for the coroner.
"Next of kin have been informed."
