On the market for a cool £550,000, the stylish two bedroom boat features an array of amenities to a high specification – with a few added bonuses thrown in for good measure.

Indeed, the ‘spacious and comfortable’ vessel comes with its own sauna, wine cooler and designer kitchen.

The outdoor decking on the boat

While it's currently moored in Rochester, the new owner will be able to take to boat wherever their heart desires.

From a central London home docked on the Thames to a perfect countryside retreat – there are endless possibilities.

For those who enjoy time on water, this could be the next best alternative to the glamorous Monaco lifestyle we’ve all dreamed of.

No matter where in the country you are – you'll have some magnificent views from the living area

While the outside is unspectacular, the inside has all the fine touches and elegance of a Grand Design.

The five meter wide static boat comes with two large living areas – one on the top floor and one on the lower floor.

There is also a small but stylish outdoor decking located at the front of the boat.

A lack of space certainly isn't an issue here

Concerns over space are always raised on barges but the design on this 1950s structure ensures there is no need to worry here.

The majority of the living accommodation can be found on the lower floor.

The new owner will get two spacious double bedrooms which both come with en-suite bathrooms.

A shower room is also thrown in for good measure.

The sauna room is located at the front of the boat on the lower floor

Nicella’s biggest USP can be found at the front of the boat on the lower floor.

Tucked away beyond the master bedroom lies a spectacular sauna room.

Elsewhere on board, you’ll find a cloak room and plenty of space for the family.

That’s not all – other features include anti-slip decking, which is UV-protected and only needs light maintenance.

Built on the sub-structure of a working vessel that was originally built in 1954 Nicella has been created to the highest specification of marine standards.

It's also been inspected and approved by a specialist marine surveyor, according to the Unique Property Company, which is selling the boat.

The listing for the boat reads: "This is a unique opportunity to own a spacious, comfortable, high-spec property and to position it where you wish. That’s not a proposition that many estate agents will come to you with.

A stylish bathroom on Nicella
