An unassuming Crayford home is attracting the attention of househunters – becoming the most viewed property in Kent.

Climbing the property ladder can be difficult, especially for first time buyers.

The price tags on homes in the county can be alarming and many may feel they aren't getting much bang for their buck.

But this four bedroom home seems to have it all, including an astonishingly low price tag of £250,000.

It is no shock that this property, located east of Bexleyheath and north west of Dartford, is raking in the views.

In fact more than 6,000 people have had a nose around the property on Zoopla in the last 30 days.

The lounge holds a decent amount of space for a family home, with double glazed windows bringing light into the room

Set over two floors, the home boasts four bedrooms, two receptions rooms and one bathroom.

Property agents Robinson Jackson have listed the property as three bedrooms, due to one room not being its own separate space.

Despite this and its humble exterior the property is great for those who need to travel, with two train stations less than a mile away.

The dining room of the Crayford home leads right into the kitchen area through a sweet archway

The most viewed home in Kent features a kitchen with a fitted oven, hob and extractor hood, dishwasher and fridge freezer

Entering the house you will find a spacious living room off the right of the hallway.

For a home this cheap, it has plenty of space for families to stretch out and enjoy a cosy evening on the sofa in front of the TV.

On the left of the lounge there is an open plan kitchen and dining room which connects with a beautiful open archway.

The kitchen is fitted with an oven, hob and extractor hood, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

All the essentials you need to keep the house in order are right there ready to go.

In a similar vein to the other rooms of the house, the kitchen seems spacious enough for several people to go about their business happily without getting on top of one another.

The garden looks extremely spacious and seems perfect for families and animal lovers

Arguably however, one of the best features of the home is its lusciously green garden.

It can be quite tricky finding a spacious garden attached to a reasonably priced home – particularly in the Dartford area.

And yet this house seems to have achieved the unlikely.

The long garden has plenty of room for kids and animals alike to run around and explore.

One of four bedrooms at the £250k property boasts plenty of storage space

The property also boasts a sensibly sized bedroom, with plenty of storage space for all your bits and pieces.

If you would like more information on the property you can find it on Zoopla here.
