Danny Boyle has been pictured filming in Dover for a new television show on the Sex Pistols.
The mini-series is set in the 1970s and tells the story of the world-famous pioneers of the punk rock music movement and their rise to fame.
The six-part drama is based on the 2018 memoir of guitarist Steve Jones.
The picture, taken yesterday (April 26), shows the Slumdog Millionaire director gliding along Marine Parade in his film car.
The Citadel on the Western Heights is also set to feature in the limited FX series.
Until recently, it has used as an immigration detention centre and is set to be used to film prison scenes.
In Folkestone, notices have been issued that the Grand Burstin Hotel on the seafront will be used.
It's understood the hotel will host a scene in which the band perform to diners at a restaurant.
Meanwhile it's also understood that several locations along Deal seafront have been booked up for filming.
