Kent is a beautiful and unique county, but there are several places within the county that apparently aren't as desirable as others.

Research by Property Solvers, a quick homebuyers and auctioneer site, has pinpointed the areas in Kent where properties are selling the slowest.

The statistics track the moment a property is listed on the UK’s largest property portal Rightmove, to the point it’s marked as officially ‘sold’ at the HM Land Registry.

The latest data analysed 3,433 property sales across the region between April 2020 and April 2021.

The property market is booming amid a stamp duty holiday, with many homes being snapped up after mere days on the market.

However this isn't the case for all parts of Kent, with homes in some areas taking more than four months to move from 'for sale' to completion.

That's two months longer than the most desirable spots in the county.

Many places making the undesirable list are seaside towns situated on Kent's glorious coastline.

In fact the two slowest selling postcodes were in Broadstairs and Dover.

Below you'll find Property Solvers list of the top nine postcodes in Kent, where homes are selling the slowest.
