A video has emerged showing a woman smoking a pipe in a usually quiet street that residents say has suddenly become a hive of drug activity.
Concerned locals in Borough Road, Gillingham, have become so fed up by drug-related incidents on the road they have resorted to filming them.
A separate video taken on Sunday (April 18), showing someone snorting a substance in a security van, is being investigated by the police.
And now another video has surfaced showing a woman smoking a pipe in the same spot.

A local resident, who asked not to be named, told KentLive: "In the last six months we have recorded several such incidents and viewed many more.
"It appears a common drop off and pick up point. Often a female resident of a nearby house comes out to collect drugs from passing cars.

"Each time it's quite brazen – no attempts to cover up what is going on in the vehicles.
"It's a concern as it's started in the last six months and we have a number of homes here for vulnerable young people and another is proposed next door as a new development.
"It stands out a mile as it's not a particularly bad area.
"It's also a road that links to local schools and we are all concerned by the sudden degradation.
"There's also further development for flats for vulnerable young people, basically right outside where this is happening."
Kent Police said an investigation was ongoing into the video taken on Sunday.
