A video shows a man snorting a substance in a quiet residential street in Medway.
Concerned residents of Borough Road, Gillingham, say they have become so fed up by drug-related incidents on the road they have resorted to filming them.
The latest video was taken on Sunday (April 18) at around 5.30pm and residents say they have more videos all taken in the same spot on the corner of Nelson Road.
It shows three people in a vehicle that had a security company's official livery on the side.
