Police seek Gravesend man missing for more than 48 hours

A man missing from his Gravesend home has now not been seen for more than 48 hours.

Tashan Larmond was reported missing on Saturday (April 17) afternoon.

Police are asking members of the public to contact them if they believe they have seen the 26 year old.

Officers say they are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare.

In a statement, Kent Police said: "Police are continuing with searches to find Tashan and believe he may have headed in the direction of Shorne Woods Country Park.

"He is described as being black, of slim build and around six feet and three inches tall.

"He has a small tattoo on his neck and may be wearing a dark jacket, dark trousers and a burgundy coloured hat.

"Anyone who may have seen Tashan is urged to come forward with information.

"If you can help call 999 straight away, quoting reference 17-0672."
