A teenager has died following a crash in Ashford, police have today confirmed (April 15).
Officers are appealing for information and asking anyone who may have dashcam footage to come forward following the serious road traffic collision.
The incident happened at 9.58pm on Monday (April 12) on the A292 Hythe Road at the junction with Hunter Road, Ashford.
A Honda Civic crashed with a motorcycle being ridden by an 18-year-old man.

The force has today released a tragic update, confirming the teenager had passed away following the crash.
A spokesman for Kent Police said: "Please be aware that the motorcyclist involved in the collision on the A292 in Ashford on Monday evening, which was the subject of the appeal, has since died of his injuries."
Officers from Kent Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit are still asking motorists who may have been in the area at the time of the incident to review their dashcam footage. Witnesses are also being urged to come forward.
